Terms

  1. We require a minimum order of 50 guests per event.
  2. For your convenience, we are happy to deliver and staff events islandwide. Please ensure all permits necessary for the event are in proper order.
  3. Due to seasonal demand and price changes, prices are subject to change at any time, and without notice.
  4. If you receive a written quote from us, you are required to make a 50% deposit for the total cost of the event within thirty (30) days of receiving the quote. This deposit is refundable should the event be cancelled no less than fifteen (15) calendar days before the date of the event on the written quote. If the event is cancelled less than fifteen (15) calendar days before, refunds will only be given on a case-by-case basis.
  5. The amount noted for the event on your written quote will be honored within thirty (30) calendar days of the issue date. After thirty (30) days, all pricing is subject to change. Full payment for any event is due seven (7) days prior to the event.
  6. If you need to make any changes in your event, please do so at least five (5) days in advance. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate any changes to the menu, staff, or otherwise if a request is not made at least five (5) days in advance.
  7. We require that any deliveries be made to the event site. Delivery charges, if applicable, are determined by the delivery address: Waikele, Pearl City/Aiea $20 · Ewa/Ewa Beach, Kapolei/Ko Olina $25 · Airport, Mililani $30 · Honolulu town to Waikiki $35 · Manoa/Makiki, Waianae/Makaha, Waikiki $40 · Kahala/Aina Haina, Kaneohe, Waialae $50 · Hawaii Kai, Kailua, Lanikai $60 · Kualoa Ranch, North Shore $75.
  8. We have a fully trained professional catering staff for your convenience. We will provide bartending services by request.

Ways to pay

Cash or check
At this time, we are only able to accept payment in the form of cash or check.
Deposit
50% of the total cost of the event, within thirty (30) days of receiving your written quote. Refundable if the event is cancelled no less than fifteen (15) days before the date.
Balance
Full payment is due seven (7) days prior to the event. Your written quote is honored for thirty (30) days.
