Prior to establishing Kama'aina Catering & Rentals in 1984, head chef & owner Brian Wada traveled the world learning new recipes and giving them a local touch.

Specializing in corporate events, baby luaus, graduation parties, weddings, and other catering events, Kama'aina Catering & Rentals goes above and beyond, providing great service and making your special event memorable. As one of the few catering companies who still use a real imu to make our famous kalua pig, we'll do our best to serve you! Try our imu style prime rib on onion rolls.

As a local small business in Oahu, we understand the importance of supporting the local economy. Therefore, we are proud to offer locally raised, grass fed beef to our customers. At Kama'aina Catering & Rentals, we are committed to going green and using renewable and sustainable energy and resources.

Brian Wada, Owner & Head Chef, oversees all preparations for your event to ensure everything is perfect. Linda Wada is an integral part of our catering staff. Keeping our clients happy is one of her specialties!

Keiki to Kupuna Foundation

Keiki to Kupuna Foundation (KTKF) is dedicated to helping Oʻahu's keiki and elders be able to eat regular, delicious meals like other families. An elderly woman dreams of being able to eat three meals a day that she once enjoyed without having to choose between buying food and buying medications. A homeless man dreams of being able to have a regular meal and the strength to live a normal life.

While the State of Hawaii is often hailed as a paradise of abundance, these most vulnerable members of our community, our children, seniors and homeless, continue to be left behind.

We believe that we cannot stand idle while our community remains in need. We are committed to seeing that the dreams of these and other community members in need come true, and to building a resilient community with strong physical, emotional and social health. We do this primarily by providing hot, nutritious meals and regular personal interaction with those we serve.
